A Concept for Park Street
in the Village of Tupper Lake

PROPOSED HOTEL

The Vision for the Tupper Lake Hotel is to be a high quality, midsize, full-service, independent boutique

hotel in heart of the Adirondack Park

at the crossroads of NYS Routes 3 and 30

 

The Hotel would contain approximately 40 upscale guest rooms, a bar and restaurant, meeting rooms, an indoor pool and fitness center, as well as a rooftop patio and garden for special events and gatherings.

It would also provide a valuable component associated with the Village’s new branding – a place to “Connect and Discover.”

Members of Tupper Lake Crossroads LLC are passionate about bringing this project to life given the value it would add to downtown revitalization, and the complement it would provide the existing businesses as well as new businesses and ventures coming together in the Village and local area. It would also support the ongoing success of The Wild Center, the Public Observatory and other area venues and natural attractions by providing associated visitors with vastly needed additional overnight accommodations in the local community.
